Accommodation and facilities:
This is an older building which is still visible in de corridors, but the rooms are refurbished and are nice. The location is right at the beach, but to reach the hotel you need to go over some steep hills. No in room safe. I asked to use the reception safe but had to explain to them to use a sealed envelope (they happily complied).
Reservation service:
Good service, easy to use. You easily forget to indicate if you need a double or a twin room, which you can state in the space for remarks.

Accommodation and facilities:
We had an ac bungalow right next to the beach with a beautiful view. Steps away from the ocean.the staff was very friendly. The whole island runs on Island time so be patient when asking for things.For example we asked for pillows one day got them the next. Bungalow walls were a bit thin so you could hear your neighbors well. Aside from these minor gripes we had a wonderful time there and would definitely go again.

Hotellet ligger fint vid stranden på promenadavstånd från färjeterminalen. Poolerna är fina och bra men restaurangen är under all kritik. Personalen förstår knappt engelska och verkar mer vilja springa och gömma sig än att tex ta fram en meny. Maten är inte god och frukosten är svindyr. Ta en promenad in till Sairees dykhotel i stället och ät en bra frukost till bra pris...(tex Bans) Rummen är mycket lyhörda och även de har försökt att renovera dom modern så känns det bara fel....Dock är läget bra och boka ett rum med havsutsikt för att få en underbar utsikt.

Accommodation and facilities:
Stayed for three nights. OK hotel. Surroundings are not great. Mae Had is a short beach so even if the hotel is at the north end of it, it takes only 5 min max to walk to the pier on the beach. Quiet location which is good. Breakfast is overpriced. Walk 4 minutes towards the pier to Pranee s kitchen and get a great breakfast at half the price instead. If you re looking for a decent hotel really close to everything (shops, dive centers etc) and don t prioritize a nice beach, this is good enough.

Accommodation and facilities:
A nice beachfront hotel with a great pool. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast could be more varied, but whenever we wanted other fruit, we just had to ask. Just a few doors down from Crystal Dive shop for divers out there.
Reservation service:
We didn t get our first choice of hotel, but sawadee suggested another one that we were very happy with.
