Overall a very nice hotel. The Good 1) Lovely sea view 2) Nice environment and lovely bird chirping all day long. 3) Good location (near to Chaweng & Lamai) Some complains 1) Facilities are quite old. 2) No proper label of hair shampoo and body bath. Hotel stuff just refill one type of shampoo into 2 different bottles, now everything is mixed. So I just use my own stuff...

Just came back from Samui. We had a great time staying at Samui Cliff View. We reversed a deluxe sea view villa, facing east. Fantasic seaview from the balcony as well as from the pool. Room was simple and clean. A/c is a bit noisy though. Hotel staff was really really nice and helpful. Breakfast were included and was great! Hotel is no the top of the hill. Probably 10mins ride to Chaweng or Lamai or a closest convenience store. Becareful bikers when riding to/from hotel, the roads are steep with sharp curves. To conclude we had a great peaceful time staying SCV. If u rather stay at a place full of bars and restaurant and have access to the beach, this hotel might disappointed u. But if u want a very quiet place to relax after a crazy day out, this is a great choice!

very good! the sea view is amazing from the lobby, restarant even in the room. The staff and the travel agent are all helpful and friendly. if the AC could be more quiet, it will be perfect. we love this hotel and will come back in the future.

We had a pleasant stay at the Cliff View Resort. Even though the resort is located a bit far away from Chaweng and Lamai, the location is good. There are few good restaurants within a walking distance - resort´s own restaurant is totally over priced so we would not recommend that. Villas are cute, spacious and clean. There were millions of ants in the bathroom, though, so the detergent in the room came in to use! Hike from the beach houses to the reception is quite tough, so the pick up service is really handy - and also fast, at least during the low season when there were not too many customers around. The staff is very polite, friendly and willing to help in any problems. If you need a taxi, a tour or a ride to the laundry - they are always happy to arrange it for you!
