Good hotel, but the beach was not cleaned enough. There was a lot of debris both on the beach and in the water. All other things where OK, rooms, pool, service and even breakfast was good

The hotel is beautiful, fits perfectly and good service. Bad to the hotel to rent out deck chairs, it said that it is only for guests but it ignored them in. A little gym stuff

The beach is beautiful but the water is not clear. The sand is fine but not like powder. The garden and pool of the hotel is very beautiful. We stayed in the main building which looks like a triangle. In the middle is a small garden. The rooms in the main building are ok, but too expensive for what you get. The bungalows are much more beautiful. The location is good.

Пока всё нравится ))) Встретили прохладными влажными полотенцами, приветственными коктейлями, улыбками. Кисычам досталась Бич фронт вила А. Она сразу за массажным салоном стоит. Мы её и просили заранее, в принципе. Мы бронировали Тай виллу. Досталась вилла J. Она через 2 от Кисок. Не очень удобно, т.к. радио-няня не покрывает такое расстояние (домики же стоят). Проверили – всё ж покрывает. УРА! Ночами можно на верандах друг у друга тусить. Нам всё нравится. Перед домиком небольшая клумба. Веранда симпатиШная. Сам номер маловат, канешн. Но уютный. В ванной сама ванна и душ, который какбЭ под открытым небом находится (а на самом деле там стекло). Есть халаты, тапочки. Мальчишкам кроватки поставили (заранее уже стояли) Завтрак очень понравился. Я, правда, пробежалась на скорую руку, но омлет свой любимый (именно тайский омлет люблю) и хороший кофе заценила

Absolutely loved our Villa (absolute beachfont (Villa A) beautiful beach & plenty of great restaraunts beachfront & walking distance amongst the shopping/night markets.The only suggestion I would have is that the resort restaurant have a little more variety especially if you have a long stay! prices very affordable within the resort though.

The resort is placed directly on the beautiful Lamai Beach. The Thai House Villa (we had number M and N, which were at the backside) was very nicely equipped, king size bed was comfortable, air condition worked, hot water, good service. we always got sunchairs on the beach. unfortunately the weather was not as nice as expected (lots of rain and wind), and we could only go swim in the sea one time. one thing i would recommend to the ressort and genereal to more ressorts in thailand: put red flags on the beach if people should not go into the sea (due to undercurrents or big waves) or have the ressort equipped with a rescue ring, just in case somebody is in problems. the people on their holidays tend to ignore bad weather and go swimming, and not everybody might be strong enough to survive that. that s not especially a problem of thai house resort, but this is just a suggestion where it could improve its service. everything else was absolutely stunning!

This is a great little resort, with polite staff and excellent facilities. The service was good although a little slow ( typically Thai!). The breakfast was excellent, pool area and gardens beautiful, and to my wife s delight, the shopping area out the back door. Buy your food, drinks etc at TESCO, 10 minutes walk away- in all fantastic.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in the Thai House Beach Resort where we had booked one of the beach front villas. This is a lovely and extremely well looked-after resort situated in central Lamai; however, it is a little removed from the main street. This means that you can have peace and quiet when you want it but are only a few steps away from all the shops and restaurants. From the very first moment of arrival one experiences the true Thai friendliness and hospitality. The service is outstanding and the staff make every effort to meet even unusual requests. The General Manager, Ms Somruethai Chaiyo, makes her rounds on the premises several times every day and approaches every guest personally to ensure that they have everything they need. Staff are equipped with walkie-talkies which ensures a very short reaction time for any request. There is a constant cleaning, tidying and maintenance work going on (which, however, is never intrusive) and everything looks neat and tidy all the time. An additional good service are the two computer terminals in the lobby where the guests can access the internet free of charge at any time. The Thai food in the hotel restaurant was delicious (we did not try the Western food) and the breakfast buffet was varied and abundant. We have had many good holidays in Thailand but this was definitely the best and we have every intention of booking the Thai House Beach Resort again very soon. ---------- Lamai seems to consist almost entirely of restaurants, massage shops and tailors who are all competing for your attention. However, if you need a good tailor, don’t bother walking out onto the main street - you can find one right opposite the entrance to the Thai House. They made some stuff for us and it was very good workmanship, excellent quality and really good value for money. In addition, you will not easily find a friendlier salesman - or indeed a happier person - than Eddy. The shop is open from 9:30am till 11:00pm, so step inside and see for yourself. ------

Ein kleines aber feines Hotel welches wir jetzt schon das 2. gebucht hatten. Wir hatten eine neu renovierte Gartenvilla bekommen und waren begeistert.Im gegensatz zum letzten Jahr wurde das kompl. Bad incl.Dusche kompl. neu gestaltet. Im Zimmer selber alles neue Möbel. Personal sehr freuntlich. Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend,wer da noch meckert, da möchte ich mal sehen was die Leute denn sonst so Frühstücken.
