Thre positives: The resort itself is nice; rooms are definitely luxurious, staff is extremely accomodating. The negatives: No beach; close to the main road so you hear cars and motor scooters passing.
Reservation service:
Very good experience. They kept me informed about the status up until the reservation was made. Remarkably no issues checking in using a third party site.

โรงแรมสวยมาก เทียบเท่าโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาวได้เลย อยู่บนหาดเฉวงน้อย ซึ่งสงบ เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อนที่สุด สามารถเดินเท้าหรือขับรถไปยังหาดเฉวงที่อยู่ใกล้กันได้ โรงแรมอยู่ปลายหาดเฉวงน้อยก่อนขึ้นเนิน มีสระว่ายน้ำหันหน้าเข้าหาทะเล ทำให้เห็นวิวท้องทะเลจากมุมสูงได้กว้างมาก หน้าโรงแรมเป็นโขดหิน ถ้าจะเล่นน้ำสามารถเดินไปได้เพียงไม่กี่ร้อยเมตร ประทับใจห้องพักมากที่สุด สวยและกว้างมาก โดยเฉพาะส่วนห้องน้ำและอ่างอาบน้ำที่เปิดโล่ง โรแมนติกมาก มีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน พนักงานบริการดีมาก โทรศัพท์ขอชามกับช้อนมาต้มบะหมี่กินในห้องก็ไม่ขัดข้อง มีข้อเสียนิดหน่อยที่ห้อง Deluxe อยู่ติดถนน ทำให้มีเสียงรถรบกวนบ้าง แต่ในช่วงดึก ๆ ก็แทบไม่มีรถวิ่งบนถนนแล้ว และบริเวณโรงแรมก็ไม่มีร้านอาหารตามสั่ง ต้องขับรถไปทานข้าวแถวหาดใกล้เคียง

Very nice seafront resort. A bit smaller than expected, esp the hotel infinity pool. We had the oceanfront pool villa, it was very nice. Bathroom was roomy, contemporary-styled. There are flower petals everywhere in the room. If you are looking for a reasonable-priced oceanfront villa, this is the hotel to pick. Location is a bit off the busy area.

The Saraan's accommodation consists of 49 rooms and villas, all featuring hardwood floor, individual air-conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and DVD player, electronic safe, and mini-bar.

The Deluxe Rooms are the only room type to be situated on the upper floor. Each Deluxe Room provides a balcony with a partial sea view.
An optional spare room can be converted into a second bedroom, which makes these perfect for small families.
:: Jacuzzi Suites ::
All Jacuzzi Suites have large bedrooms with outdoor Jacuzzis. They also feature an outdoor patio which is ideal for dining and relaxation.
These are the same size and layout as the Jacuzzi Villas, only not completely detached.

Each Jacuzzi Villa offers spacious interiors and is appointed with all the modern amenities to ensure your absolute comfort.
Wooden slatted ceilings and garden view contribute to a feeling of relaxation. The private outdoor patio with an open-air Jacuzzi is perfect for romantic nights.
:: Sea Front Pool Villas ::
The Pool Villas are the closest villas to the sea and are our premium accommodation. Each villa features a private infinity pool facing the sea,
unobstructed sea view, dining and sunning decks, a separate living room from the bedroom, and a private lawn.
