Beau complexe, superbe chambre avec jacuzzi sauf la 59 . 3 piscine superbe avec une plage très moyenne. Seul vrai problème les tarif du restaurant ou des excursions sont très cher il pratique des prix européen. Il faut sortir de l hotel pour le restaurant ou les excursions.

Nice resort, but the ocean wasn´t that great. Expensive comparing to other Thailand, but overall a nice place.

In short, I had bad experience in this resort. Nothing works. Spoke to the resident manager and provided him with my feedback that this resort really need to improve the Wifi connection as priority and the electricity to the resort.

We are a family of 4 - and stayed 3 days at The Village. We had a 4 bedroom, beachfront pool villa. It was perfect. Real paradise. The only bad thing about The Village is the beach/sea. It is NOT for swimming - at all. So use the pool and forget about the sea. The pricelevel is high in the restaurants and the spa.

选择的是2 bedroom sea view 的villa。空间够大，而且厨房用品一应俱全，可以自己做吃的。服务真的一般，我们房间主卧的花洒明显坏了，虽然还有水出来但水量很小，女性的长头发根本没法冲洗，打电话约维修工来修理，来了以后说并没有not working就走了，再也不来了，这个修理工几乎是我遇到过的最不友善的泰国人。小岛离本岛很近，5分钟的船，但到laem hin码头后还是要叫车出去，不知道什么原因，普吉的交通费用奇贵，又没有苏梅那样穿梭的tu-tu,整个普吉岛的交通绝对是要给差评！酒店早餐一般，算不上丰富，填个饱而已。网球场不错，我们每天都去打。总之，如果选择避世假期，可以在镇上超市买一堆吃的，然后懒在酒店游泳晒太阳还行。房间蚂蚁多，一定要把房间清洁干净，他们的housekeeper友善但工作起来不够专业和认真，如果你自己是爱干净的人就自己动手吧。值得一提的是，我在酒店丢了一条项链，swarovski的金色的吊了一个黄水晶，这绝对是出乎我意料之外的，第四次到泰国了，从未发生过此类事件，而且就算在国内住酒店也基本不使用保险箱。项链一直放在主卧的梳妆台上，每天游泳所以不带，前两天工人打扫过后都在，第三天就没注意，到第四晚准备收拾行李了才发现，自己回忆了半天，觉得是那个修理工来过之后的那天晚上就没见了，但是这种事说不清，又没有证据，思前想后，认为还是要向酒店反应，不为追偿，只是提醒他们管理的不足。限于英文水准较差，在前台说：我丢了我的项链，但是我相信清洁工人是友善的，那天除了清洁工还有修理工来过，我只是告知你们这件事，我需要告知你们。也不知他们明白买，反正我留了电话和邮箱，一直也没有回复。综上，酒店的管理是有待提高的，英文发音对于我们这样也比较有限的人来说，很难听懂，有时候感觉鸡同鸭讲。可能有一些中国游客也不够文明，也感觉他们对中国游客的态度多少有点鄙夷。
