First of all I would like to mention the excellent work all hotel staff. In particular, special good note reception and bar staff. Despite ending the construction opposite the hotel, noise from adjacent streets does not prevent the rest =). A great spa service with courteous professionals. Used more than once. Only some comments on knowledge English language personnel working in the restaurant (especially during the evening dinner), and there are small comment, but deadly criticism of the work of the laundry. Pay more attention to cleanless. Nevertheless, I would also like to draw your attention to the excellent and varied cuisine during dinner, which also pleased the stomach! )

Pretty new, modern & cozy decoration but a bit problem to adjust hot/cold water , good location - convenience but away from crowd. Front desk staff very helpful. Lack of choice for breakfast. On the whole, it s worth to stay.

Its away from the noisy bangla area and close to the beach, well equipped spacy rooms with a view and all you need ,the food is excelent and the staff is more than outstanding helpfull and very friendly , we will return for sure

Good location with bad services. Small pool on 2nd floor. We ordered 2 cocktail during swiming, cost 220baht, I gave 80Baht as tips, total 300baht. when we check out,while I was on my way to return a motocycle, they gave my wife a bill with 300.01 baht for the drink, and insist my wife to pay the $0.01 baht, or pay 1.0 baht. Not to say it s hard for us to find a 1.0 baht, I never agreed to pay 0.01baht on the check. We didn t pay for it finally but their services make me feel really bad, I ll never back again.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days during Chinese New Year.Price are resonable.We were impressed by this hotel facilities and services.Free Wi- Fi everywhere,free drinks in the fringe and complimentary seasonal fruits for the guest everyday.The pool is a bit small but stylish.Staffs are nice and always helpful.Good location as it is close to Patong beach.We will definitely chose this hotel again!

Not a bad little hotel however vast improvement need on their dinner menu. They need more buffet style at night with seafoods. I would also recommend choosing a supplier for Australian beef and NZ lamb. The local beef is as tough as old nails. I was disappointed at breakfast time there were no fresh strawberries or smoked salmon to have with my pouched eggs. They did not have freshly squeezed orange juice even though they squeezed everything else oranges were just used as a display showcase to garnish makeline. As for my room housekeeping did not clean my shower once empty shampoo and shower wash bottles left there for a week. I still had beach sand on outdoor sofa and inside room floor. Water also leaked out of light ceiling in bathroom. I liked the location of hotel. If I could give an award of excellence it would go to the travel tour office Mr Suttipong Koysombat who delivered exceptional standards of service. Very very helpful and kind man thank you again. Overall I would go back but the above things need to change. I would also recommend more choices of Australian wines.

We were really impressed with this hotel. The staff were polite, extremely helpful, and efficient. The rooms were fine, would have liked a small table. Free mini bar and WIFI were excellent. Only two smallcon: no freezer compartment in the fridge: Onr medium con: we were charged $3 for an accidental broken glass. You would think their insurance would cover this. Reluctantly, the broken glass charge will probably prevent me from using the NAP again even though the service and restuarant were excellent.

Booked for 1 night but it wasn t enough. This is a fantastic hotel in a perfect location at a reasonable price. The best hotel I ve stayed in over 5 visits to Thailand. The rooms are very modern with excellent amenities and great airconditioning. Our room overlooked the poolwhich had a looong happy hour with half-priced drinks. The buffet breakfast was a gourmet s dream with extensive succulent dishes together with freshly juiced drinks and chilled champagne all included. All staff at the hotel were friendly and only too-willing to assist. This hotel is a must-stay if you are going to Patong Beach and I would look no further..

An excellent hotel!! A must stay. Staff was very friendly and quick to get to things. A little let down on check out, when they charged us for a glass that broke in our room. 4 atrium villas for 2 nights + 20,000 bhat in room service = decent business...I figured 200 bhatt for a glass was something they could have let go. Overall nice hotel!!

The Nap Patong is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Patong. The location is perfect and the staff are very helpfull. By staying just a bit out of the busy tourist part of Patong you are not hasselled at all. The Sunset bar on the beach front is great for happy hour cocktails. I would recommend any one to stay at this hotel. The rooms are very large and the bathroom state of the art. The breakfast was fine and plenty of selections.

I have booked with sawadee many times and have never encountered a problem. Worth doing it this way because hotel rooms were cheaper that booking direct.

This was a fantastic hotel for couples. Had a great bar and restaurant and the room was all quality. Close enough to be able to walk everywhere. Staff were all so polite and helpful and made the stay at Nap so enjoyable.

The hotel was amazing. My friends and I couldn t stop talking about it. I loved the ambiance, the color scheme, the restaurant, the staff and of course, my room. I got the Blue Moon Suite and it was fabulous! I had an awesome view of the ocean from my balcony and was able to watch the beautiful Phuket sunset. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all of my friends and will defnitely stay here next time I m in Patong!

My week long stay at The Nap with my boyfriend was great! The hotel was beautiful and so was our room, everything looked just like the photo s on their website. The location was perfect for us - not even a 5 minute walk to the main roads with food and shopping, but it was far enough away from it that it wasn t too loud. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back and stay there again :)

The Nap Patong is perfectly located, far enough away from the hussell & bussell but close enough to be in the middle of the action. We stayed at the Moonlight unit which was fantasic as we had are own private roof top which we used constantly for sun-baking & relaxing together after all day shopping trips. The resort is very well maintained & a pleasure to be at plus the staff were very friendly & helpful. We will miss it but had a great time because I think we went at the best time of the year for Songkran (Thai New Year-got completely soaked & loved every minute of it) but had no rain the entire time in Patong. Can t wait to return.

The Nap is may be the best hotel you can stay for this price. The staff is amazing, very friendly all the time and ready to help you for everything. The hotel send us a taxi at the airport, where we had to wait more that two hours at the immigration counter, and when we did all the procedures, the taxi was still waiting for us!!! We had a problem with the air-conditon and it was done in few minutes! I really do not have anything to complain about this hotel. The rooms are spacios, very clean, the terrace with the little sofa is great. The breakfast is fantastic. You would never regret to choose this hotel for your vacation. The location is great, only few steps from the beach and 10min to Bangla road. Thank you Nap hotel, to make our staying in Patong such a pleasure!!!

This is so far the best hotel we ve ever live in. Been living in Karon beach and Kata beach after checked out from Nap Patong at patong beach, but none of the hotel can beat this. Stayed in a much more expensive hotel in Karon, but the service and accomodation was sucks! Cheap rate (Upgraded to Moon light deluxe), self roof top balcony where we can have our full private sun bathing, FREE mini bar, super nice and new hotel (only 6 months old) plus great location!

We stayed for 9 nights, 4th-13th Jan 2011. Had a Blue Moon Suite which was very spacious with a huge balcony and great amenities. Breakfast is good but could have more variety. Service around the pool is non existant and there needs to be more staff around the bar/restaurant but as the hotel is quite new I m sure these issues will be addressed. V good uncrowded pool. Would stay again.

Excellent new hotel on Patong Beach! Free Wifi very good to have and not bad connection, maybe sometimes a bit slow. Breakfast is good with many choices and changes, but the bread selection could be better. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had to get a suitcase fixed, and they took us by van to a local shop, for FREE! Apple TV with movies and music, DVD player and Samsung LCD TV in room. Free minibar with juices, soft drinks and water, every day refilled. Location of the hotel is excellent in the quiet but central location, very close to the beach.

Room 3 and 4, an atrium pool villa is a terrible smell of sewage in the room - keeps almost constant - it will spoil holiday! Staff can not fix anything! It is a pity that such a disappointment, and no compensation for it was not!
