The staff were very friendly and the food was good. The location is absolutely amazing. The rooms are simple and clean so if you re travelling on a budget but would like a couple of nights in a slightly nicer place than normal, this is the place for you.

A hotel outside Karon, but that I knew when I booked it. Very nice staff, and a small charming hotel. Could have been a little more clean, but overall I enjoyed my stay there! Just a short walk down to the beach, but taxi recommended to Karon town.

Trevligt och rent hotell, badrummet var ganska så fräsch, däremot var det ganska stor invation av myror och hotellet ligger högt upp och trapporna för att ta sig upp är nästintill outhärdliga. Hotellet ligger drygt 20 minuter promenad från närmaste butik och man blir tvungen att gå igenom två mindre floder för att komma dit. Men vill man spendera större delen av tiden på stranden så är detta ett hotell jag kan rekommendera. Lite långt från civilisation bara.

We with the husband had a rest in Karon Cliff in January 2011. Have booked room contemporary deluxe, being guided on photos of numbers exposed on a site, however having occupied, have been disappointed by that actually number completely differs from photos, and at all doesn t correspond to the price, not declared other parameters. The sanitary technician old, all in a fungus, a mold. The furniture as leaves much to be desired. For example in our number bedside curbstones have been eaten (I think a dog of the owner of hotel :)). In a dresser there was no one of sliding cases. The rack on which the TV settled down looked in general dreadfully. The matter is that it is constructed from metal directing with use of the pressed board. But all charm consists that it as was constructed year by two, three back so it and remained in the form of not painted plywood, has thus got such charming stains, as in horror films. In bed I was afraid to sleep first three days precisely. When that bed-sheets were white (it proceeding from logic reasons). In a reality are multispotty formations on a fabric. As ill-starred ladders don t allow to relax, clamber on them every day and at all once, it is tiresome. Special attention it is necessary to give to the owner of hotel: I won t offend it as person (terrible type with set of psychological problems), but it does everything that visitors felt themselves extremely not comfortably. With such sensations we also have left this place. I want to note as also the good parties of the given place. A beach - simply wonderful. The sea pure, warm that is necessary. We departed from hotel approximately meters on 400, about restaurant Tony. Is where to take a walk in the evening. We with the husband went to ring Karon, there set of restaurants, massage salons, the market. I can recommend hotel restaurant golden sand inn. As a whole the interesting, picturesque country, necessarily it is necessary to visit Thailand. Be afraid Karon cliff if you want to leave the best impressions about Thailand.

good pleasent hotel, basic but quite good room, room make-up is every day, way to the beech is slightly uncomfortable, located far from civilization but quiet and is ok in case of your own meens of transport.

At the end of the beach, 166 steps up the cliffs :) Rooms could have been better: lots of ants in and on the beds, but that were taken care of fast. Poor service, breakfast poor and some of the staff could have been more happy and serviceminded. Location ok. Will not go back.

Good breakfast, room quality could be upgraded, paint do not cost a fortune. Aircon poor quality in one of the rooms we had, bugs and insects all over the place in the evening, water poored from hand closset on the floor in A127. Good service on the beach with sunbeds and toys for kids

The rooms need a good refurb. Location is first class. All staff great , except the owner who needs a big lesson in customer service.

Room needs general maintenance and cleaning for it to be better. Sheets on bed were very stained. Alot of ants were in the room when I checked in. Room needed a good cleaning with bleach. Location is good only if you just want to stay on the north side of the beach. It is a little too far from Karon Circle. I did walk to Karon circle via the beach but at night the tide was too high to walk back. 200 baht Tuk Tuk will take you back from Karon circle. Very quiet area which is good. View of beach from room was blocked by too many trees.

It s not located at the central part of the Karon Beach. It s on the way between the Patong Beach and the Karon Beach, thpugh one end of the Karon Beach is just on the foot of the hotel. The room facilities are basic and simple. Ants and geckoes can be seen in room. Staff are warm, but the meals are a little more expensive.
