Big disappointment! We really wanted to spend our last night in Patong at a nice place. When we got to our deluxe seaview room, it was nothing like advertised. The room was stuffy, not cleaned properly, soap & shampoo were used or almost empty. No chairs/balcony. Room was right above grey roof, windows could only open slightly and no view . Needless to say, we got alternative accommodation for our last night in Patong.

Accommodation and facilities:
Nilly s Marina Inn does not live up to their promotional pictures online. The hotel is in a good location but that is about all that it has going for it. When we arrived we were given a dingy, small room with no windows. When we told the front desk person that it was unacceptable they did upgrade us to a better room. The next room looked out onto the beach and was much bigger, however the bed was very hard and the sheets had obviously not been changed as they had fresh stains on them. The staff were prompt to change them upon request. Overall the location is good. It is a fair enough walk to the action but far enough away to be quiet.

We are of the most relaxing and hospitable boutique resorts! Located
on the south of Patong Beach, the most well known beach in Phuket, just
a few steps from the beach (10 meters from the beach front). Surrounding the resort are a multitude of shops offering a tempting array of goods and souvenirs. |
