i was in your hotel from the 27 of april until the 13 of mai , wanted to stay until the 20th. made a mistake to book the 12 double and your manager on duty was not able to just change this mistake . No discussion, not even listening , so finally I gave the free room during the night of the 12th to 2 Thai kids and left on the 13th . now I am spending my money until the 20th in Kamala at the Resort Beach ... kick your managers a... the guest, soending a lot of money at the bar should be treated accordingly

The resort was lovely, with beautiful view on the ocean and very thai architecture, that transports you to a whole new atmosphere. Full of lush greenery and our villa with Jacuzzi was awesome! Quiet location far from town, thus you better rent a car or bike for easier travel around Pukhet.

Absolutely reliable, the hotel received our bookings and clearly stated sawasdee.com as the source thus it is a known and safe site to book hotels in thailand from. Also, I got the best rates through sawasdee.com too. Highly recommended!

I stayed in a Jacuzzi villa and the room met my expectations.The view from the balcony was excellent.I needed an adapter for my laptop and all taht it required was a call to the reception. I liked the small elephant floer vases in the room and searched for it in Patong and Phuket but couldn t find it. When I asked the receptionist, she obtained one for me for 250 baht. My only negative comment is that although there ia DVD recorder, the hotel does not have any DVDs that one can borrow or rent. On a holiday or work, one normally does not carry DVDs! When I had shopping bags with me, the bell boy drove me up in the buggy without even my asking him. The girls at the front desk were courteous, pleasant and efficient. I will recommend this hotel to any one.

(Jaccuzi villa) Good hotel one or two kilometers from Kamalabeach, but close to the sea. The villas was very good. Whatch out for the taylor he is a fake.

Loved the hotel. We stayed in the Villas and the rooms were awesome. Our kids loved the pool area. Great views over the ocean. Highly recommended

Fantastic staff, room and hotel. The food at the restaurant was tasteless. The hotel had a fantastic view but I didn t like Kamala Beach mostly because there were several bars who seemed to have prostitutes. Luckily the hotel was a couple of kilometers away from Kamala Beach.

This resort is great, except that is it really out of the way. But hey, there are unlimited of taxis in Phuket. No worries about transportation. The front view of the room faces the entire kamala beach! It s so beautiful and the staffs working there are so nice and polite. The staff really made my honeymoon stay happy and satisfied!

Seaview Deluxe Room Sea-view Deluxe room are located on higher floor, with sweeping views overlooking Kamala Bay, room is beautifully decorated in modern Thai style, has a spacious bathroom. Thai Villa Room is located in the gardens on the hillside, every Villas has sweeping views over sparkling Kamala Beach.
