When we got to the hotel we didn t get the room that we had odered. We ordered 2 rooms in the new buildning and payed extra for that, but we got rooms in the old building. We talked to the staff but they didn t do anything about it and we didn t get any money back as we wanted! That is really unserious business of them! The beds was REALLY hard,it hurt to sleep in them, so we was really tired all the time. When you was in the room you heard all the people in the building from the stairs. Not the best hotel if you want to get a nice night of sleep. The rooms were not clean. They never cleaned the shower and they always put dirty sheets on the bed. It looked like it was pee, shit or sperm on the sheets. Well they had put the sheets in water, but the sheets wore not clean at all. The toiletpaper was out in the rooms all the time. It took over 30 minutes sometimes for the staff to come up with the paper. And when we walked down to get the paper, they only said that they would come up with that. It said that it would be 200 meters to the beach, it wasn t. It was much longer. The breakfast was not good, the didn t have any cheese, ham or any other thing to put on the bred. They only had egg and in the omelett it was shell from the egg. The staff didn t speak so good english and looked angry/sad all the time. Don t think that you will get any help from the staff! If you want to stay in Phuket, I recomend you to stay at Kata or Karon Beach. You can always take a taxi from some othe beach to Patong, because its no good beach or place to stay in. Funny to party but not stay in. From Kata you only need to pay maximum 400 bath for a taxi one way. You pay less from Karon. It s no problem to find taxi in Patong back to the hotel. This was a really expensiv hotel if I compare it to the other hotels I stayed at in Thailand. In Ao Nang in Krabi I got a suit at View LaVilla Hotel for only 2000 bath per day. That hotel was really good compared to this! I recomend you to book another hotel, this hotel is not good, not even for backpackers...

Well I didn t get the room as I booked, and the information on thailandguiden was that we would get at new renovated room, this was not true and at the hotel they said that you couldn t book in the new renovated part, you could ask for that, but not book it. Thailandguiden should have all the info, they should update it all the time and inform the guest about the hotels more. I will not book any more hotel at this webpage.

Hotel was located 5 min walk to beach. Staff was very nice and helpful. Restaurant was good also.Only complaint was shower leaked water temp was not consistant. But a good value for high season and I will stay again.

great place.great location. staff here is phenomenal and very accomodating. watch out for rooms with very hard beds..like sleeping on floor. breakfast is minimal with coffee being instant not brewed..have had better breakfast in bangkok hotels

Accommodation and facilities:
worth the value and highly recommended! The resort is small but new and quite clean. Room is big and comfortable. The staffs are quite helpful and can speak english. The location of the resort is at the south end of Patong beach which is convenient to reach the beach but still can keep the quiteness at night. Last but not least, the rate is quite adorable.

Accommodation and facilities:
We stayed in a brand new building at the front of the hotel containing modern rooms with good facilities at a reasonable cost. Short walk to the beach and in a nice area. You can eat on an outdoor area from local sellers and get Pad Thai for a very low cost cooked better than the hotels. The breakfast area is pleasant with the chef doing your omelette as you wish.
