Accommodation and facilities:
Resort is deserted and pool was not accessible at all. It was green and dirty. Location was fine. Breakfast as acceptable. Only for those not fussy. Room service was acceptable. The only disappointing comment is the pool and there was mosquito in the room. Not what we expected at all.

Inget vidare hotell, poolområded är bedrövligt, vattnet har ingen rotation och är grymt lortigt. Vi hittade döda grodor och andra djur som gjorde att vi direkt avbokade detta hotell och flyttade till ett annat. Personalen var inte direkt trevliga när vi påtalade detta och vi var tvungna att betala för en natt för trots att vi var där i en timme.. Akta er för detta!

Perfect location. Good breakfastbuffe with omelette, fruit, bread, jam, beacon, pancakes, cereal and more, but it was a lot of flies around the buffe. The rooms was okey but a little dark. Poolarea was okey.

Dette hotel er ikke high class luksus. Men det er rigtig hyggeligt på en thai måde, som jo også er det man bør komme for. Det er helt igennem thai design og det er god morgenmad hvor man selv kan vælge hvilken slags æg man ønsker. Selv det ligger ned til stranden og den besøgte bygade, ligger hotellet stadig inde bag ved restauranterne og er rigtig frodigt med grønt og ro alligevel. Ville anbefale dette hvis man er til den slags.

We, a family of four, stayed 4 nughts in a family room. I was big enough for us, but not more than that. The resort is beginng to be å little bit tired, and need some maintance. The breakfast was Thailand standard and OK. The pool was OK. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the shopping street, but still very quiet.

Nice locatlion, near shopping,restaurants and the beach, altough it was not verry plesent. Better om the east side. The staf did its best without gardener and poolkeaper. The hotel was in a ned off caering and repair. The pool, who was one off resdons for booking this hotel, was in a misserable state. We and several orter guests complaind about it without anything happend. The staf at frontdesk sad that it was cared for ewery day, but that was a lie, one time during our week saw we a poolkeaper, and he diddnt even fil the pool up with water. VARNING! Abbiamo riservato per 4 notti ma l albergo era talmente sporco con la camera non avendo alcuna finestra, l odore di muffa era impossibile. Siamo scappati dopo due notti. Mai abbiamo trovato un albergo così sporco.

Good location, but no sea view (like it s name). Staff are very nice, but now porter. We didn t learn the trick that you could leave your luggages in the front, go upstair to check-in then come back down to roll your luggages around the back. We have baby with stroller and luggages to drage upstairs and down without help. You can imagine how we felt. The room is average. The lights were out in the room and on the porch. They finally fixed them the next day after 3rd complaint.

We(a retired couple from Norway in our sixties)stayed at this great little hotel for a week during our first ever Thai holiday and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lovely room with a balcony and pool view (ask for a superior de luxe room),great buffet breakfast, quiet but central location in a tropical garden, very nice staff. We will definitely come back here!

Very nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Also hotel service very nice and caring. Hotel is in the center of Ao Nang but quiet. All Ao Nang bars and restaurants in walking distance. The hotel has a little bar where you can get really good cocktails and Re (name probably spelt wrong, sorry) tells stories about the area around Ao Nang and his experiences.

The freezer was not working and I needed the freezer so badly. The staffs also couldn t help. I was so upset with this. Some of the staffs don t understand English and I have difficulty to communicate with them. It should be improved. We upgraded the room from Family room to Deluxe room. The Family room was under our expectation, the smell and the air circulation also. It should be improved also. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic! Thanks.
