Accommodation and facilities:
There wasn t warm water and refrigerator in the room. The staff didn t clean the room never (for one week). There were big cockroaches in the room! One of them crept on me when I woke up!!! За неделю комнату ни разу не убирали. Нет горячей воды и холодильника. И самое ужасное - огромные тараканы. Однажды я проснулась от того, что один из них ползал по мне!

Accommodation and facilities:
Small rooms and no warmwater in shower. 5 min walk from the beach. Sunrise beach are better than pattaya beach. Staff helpful.

Die Frau an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles andere war sehr schlecht und enttäuschend.
Reservation service:
Bei der Buchung wurden die falschen Bilder gezeigt! Um die passenden Räumlichkeiten zu bekommen hätte man 10 Euro mehr zahlen müssen. Das hätten wir getan, aber die Zimmer waren ausgebucht!

Accommodation and facilities:
Room smelled of damp, toilet seat broken. I told the staff about toilet seat and staff did nothing. They only cleaned my when I asked them too. If I did nt ask them to clean the room they would nt have bothered. Very lazy staff at Baan Kasirin. Also, no laundry service at the resort.
