Directions

Proceed down Tha Phae Road about 500 meters from Thae Phae Gate in the direction of Chiang Mai's night bazaar. Turn right into Soi 3. Proceed for about 100 meters until you reach a small sub soi on your right. Studio99 is situated at the end of this soi. You will see a sign for Thae Phae Garden Guest House, Studio99 is situated about 50 meters past this on the left.
