Awsome hotel to stay. The management and staff very helpful and very polite. Centrally located and good foods. Close to Bar Nana - place for happening. Bravo to Top

Accommodation and facilities:
A bit old hotel, but really charming. All inside was perfectly working, with a great view from the 8th flor ! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It s important to say that the hotel is not too far from old-town s gate and it s a short walk to go there.

Accommodation and facilities:
Hotel is nice and the bellboy on the evening shift speaks reasonable English which was very helpful. Hotel seems to be a major meeting location in town. Management should consider added staffing for the interior restaurant when large conferences and tour buses are at the hotel for better service. Exterior entertainment near hotel is questionable and overpriced. Express trains #71 and #72 are nearly an hour late on the schedule to/from Bangkok and the air conditioning does not work so only pay fan prices. The Mall is newish and entertaining; otherwise, tourist attractions are limited and the National Museum is not worth the admission price
