Very nice Hotel, it was my first time in this particular hotel , but i have regulary stayed in this general location , big clean rooms, very good value for money , friendly staff , decent resturant at the front. located at the quiet end of Pattaya beach , but just 2 minuites from the madness should you require it . will stay here again.

Never have any problems , online staff great , always able to deal with any changes or requests I have , use it all the time.

the only thing wrong was there was no local information available such as cost of tuk tuks and travel routes also lack english understanding nearly allliterature was in russian or german we would have done more tours etc if we could have organised it in ihe hotel stll having said that we had a great time and would rcommend the hotel and sawadee .com anytime regards Gordon Dixon

All staff first rate. Hotel a bit old but they are trying to upgrade. Pool area pleasent. Were upgraded to a grand deluxe room on arrival. Location great as baht bus on doorstep beach across rd. food in hotel restaurant lovely. Also staff here first rate. Beer a bit expensive. Would return again

Easy to book. Also just pay deposit then later your balance. Have booked with them again

Deluxe room is very good, but very noisy because of the refrigerator outside the window. The staff is very friendly and polite.

I stayed for 2 weeks and found the hotel room comfortable, but I expected it to be a little better. The service from ALL employees was GREAT. The breakfast was REALLY GOOD. I enjoyed going down for breakfast each morning. Location is EXCELLENT. Only big issue was that the hotel is very noisy when guests come home late at night. ( but I guess that is the same at all hotels !!!!!)
