Really close to the beach at soi 1. If nicer neighbour property the location should be perfect but it is like a dump with rats, dogs, trash and garbage. Not a perfect view from balcony. All action in Jomtien are between soi 1 and 8 which means in 2-300 metres. Breakfast very good, only missed bacon. Nice rooms, good tv, great shower. Pool quite small with only a few sunbeds but truth is that the rooftop location of it means that poolarea is too hot to stay in. The spa is too expensive so stay out and pick a regular one in the streets.

Hotellet är mycket rent och trevligt med ett utmärkt läge vid havet. Personalen är också mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Utmärkt restaurang, saknar dock t ex omelett och bacon vid frukosten. Det enda som drar ner intrycket är skötseln av poolen som kunde vara bättre, vattenkvaliteten är ibland låg.

The Hotel is very good but only new towers. The brecfast also is exellent. The location is very nice 100 m near Jumten bech. I like Erostar and personal. Only the pool not cleaner on 3th floors more time.

Great location.The adjoining restaurant was very good,offering Thai and European dishes at reasonable rates.The staff were courteous and helpful and at the same time unobtrusive.All in all a pleasant time was had and I would book again.

Room: small,balcony useless with AC unit blowing hot air in your face and your feet sitting in condensing water from the unit. Balcony cannot be used! Bathroom, shower glass door is mounted in a way, that all the water from the shower runs down the glass door and out to the bathroom floor. One wall panel in bathroom is hold firm by a brochure to avoid falling out of the wall. Killed a total of 6 huge cochroaches during my stay (and this in a brand new hotel). TV: great 32 TV, but 4 out of 5 days picture was very snowy . No English movie channels (except Universal and Syfy), but plenty Russian. Electricity: 3 half days out of 5 no electricity for hours (walk the stairs, no AC). Swimming pool: the most ridiculous and dangerous pool I have ever seen! the only good thing is the seaview from the pool area. The pool is one square hole, so deep that you have to swim all the time and cannot stand on the bottom. There is a 2 meter shallow area for kids, but with no rail separating from the deep area. It is just a matter of time, until a child will fall of this podest and drown! I used the pool in the Eurostar international hotel net door, much better and have bar service too. Reception: Very friendly and helpful except for one very unfriendly lady (name Sima) who didn t have a clou what she was doing. Never greeting the guests and never smiles. She treated my fiancee like a visitor (speak bar girl) and wanted to keep her ID. She said is hotel policy. With the help of the manageress, she finally realized that my fiancee was booked as a paying guest and gave her the ID back. Internet is good (when there is electricity) Generally very disappointed with this brand new hotel and will not recommend. I think the older building (Eurostar international) is much better run.

I had a very enjoyable stay at New Eurostar and would not hesitate to go back there next time I go to Pattaya/Jomtien. Room was extremely comfortable and pleasant staff. I only had one bad experience to mention and that was at breakfast.The breakfast finishes at 11 a.m. and I arrived at 9.50 only to find that most items were few or none left. When I mentioned I wanted pancakes and there were none the staff indicated that there were no more as most people had eaten already. This was disappointing given that there was more than an hour left of breakfast time.Hope this was a one off and did not destoy a nice stay. Martin

Kamer is ruim, alleen loopt het water van de douche onvoldoende weg. Nadeel; Airconditioning bevestigd op het kleine balkon waardoor het loeiheet wordt om op het balkon te zitten. Kamermeisjes erg vriendelijk, receptie beetje knorrig. Ontbijtbuffet matig van kwaliteit. Veel zwerfhonden bij de ingang van het hotel. Zwembad is gesloten ivm renovatie!!! Was niet doorgegeven bij de booking.

When I got to the hotel they could not find my booking right away but after about 15 or 20 minutes of searching they finally did find it. Then they gave my breakfast tickets to my guests but didn t give any to me. While I was there I used the pool, This was green with algae and the tiles around the edge of the pool were extremely slippery which I discovered when I tried to get out of the pool and slipped falling on my face cutting my lip, hand, knee and toe. When I checked out of the hotel the next day the people at the desk tried to charge me a second time for the room key deposit. It was only after one of my guests vouched for me and I produced the receipt for it did they believe me.

We enjoyed the hospitality at the New Eurostar Hotel. The Superior room was wonderful, clean and well appointed. I can report the bed was most comfortable, unlike many I have had the misfortune to encounter. When we arrived the staff were efficient and welcoming. We were only staying for one night to catch up with friends but it was perfect. The breakfast was a bit haphazard and I can never get used to the cold fried egg thing that almost all mid range hotels produce at breakfast. However we found enough to satisfy us and would not hesitate to stay here again. Well done.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff! Hotel is new, nice rooms, although built-quality is thai . Spacious rooms, nice balcony with partial seaview. Breakfast in served in adjoining restaurant and is a bit simple, but okay. Very well located, just 50 mt. off Jomtien Road. Everything nearby: Shops, beach, restaurants, laundry etc. Location is perfect. Bahtbusses go by on Beach Road 24/7, so Pattaya is just 10 minutes (and 20 baht) away. Next time, I ll be back in this hotel for sure!

Great Hotel . I spent 4 nights there . New rooms and very clean . Its location around 20 meters from the main road which seperated it from the beach . very fast laundry service, where they were taken in the morning and returned in the afternoon. The only negative thing about it is the resturant (right on the main road) , the food has no taste and expensive . It does not matter , as there is many great resturants around. There swimming pool is in the 3rd floor with a nice panoramic sea view of the beach.. I will surley come back to this hotel when i in jomtien beach again .
