Accommodation and facilities:
Hotel to be avoided at all costs. I live in Thailand and travel through out and staff are at the bottom of efficiency scale. Breakfast was simply terrible and three Thai friends and myself all had stomach problems after eating. I have stayed here twice- Never again

Accommodation and facilities:
The staff was couteous and helpful. I appreciated the combination of a western and Thai style breakfast meal.

Sawadee customer service was prompt and thorough. They followed up with my questions and needs. Thank you for making my business trip much easier.

The service was good. The hotel was old. For the toilet you must use small tissues. The breakfast is poor.

サラブリの中心地に他にホテルはないと思われます。バスターミナルへ行くのに、少し遠回りをして歩道橋を渡らなくてはいけないので、スーツケーツの人にとっては、ものすごく大変。タクシーは一台も走っていません。大通りのため、道路を渡ることはできません。国際郵便を頼んだら、手数料として切手代２倍とられました。ホテルからバスターミナルへ車を出してもらうと150バーツかかるといわれ、高すぎるので歩きました。ホテル従業員にはほとんど英語は通じません。４泊しましたが、２回シャワーが壊れ直してもらいました。

The Hotel is quite old and the interiors reflect that? However, the room was clean and large. And the hotel s location was central to the town.

Street side windows are double glazed to ensure peace and quiet and all guest rooms are equipped with a well stocked refrigerator.
