1. Via Bang Bua Thong District of Nonthaburi Province , tourist can drive directly to province, taking this is about 107 km. in total which is the shortest route and the most well known route.
2. Via Lat Lum Kaeo District of Pathum Thani Province, the route leads to Suphanburi, a distance of about 115 km.
3. Via Ayutthaya to Suphanburi , this route is 132 Km. in total
4. Via Sing Budi Province, Suphanburi is accessible at Doem Ban Nang Buat. The route is 228 Km. long
5. Via Angthong Province, the road leads to Muang Suphanburi District, a distance of 150 Km.
6. Via Kamphaeng Saen of Nakhon Pathom Province, Sphanburi is 164 Km form Bangkok via this route.

By Bus: Scheduled bus and air-conditioned coaches leave the Northern Bus Terminal (Mo-Chit 2) Daily for Suphanburi. Bus also leaves for Suphanburi at Southern Bus Terminal as well which is on Boromma Ratchachonnani Road.
