Accommodation and facilities:
The good things about this hotel is that the staff are friendly and the service was excellent. I had two problems with my room and they fixed them within 30 minutes. Location is good and within walking distance of the night bazaar and night life. But there was just something about this hotel that made me feel it should be in the 1,200 THB category rather than in excess of 2,100 THB. Oh and watch the small change in floor level coming out the lift and walking to your room. It is difficult to see and I tripped and fell down on one occassion.

Accommodation and facilities:
Superior room is not particularly big. Also has a very small bathroom with a curtain to seal the shower area off from the washbasin & toilet. As the drainage point is at the back of the room the floor therefore stays wet. Room was cleaned late in the day on several occasions & only when requested by me phoning housekeeping, even though there were not that many guests. Small pool which only gets the sun from late morning, and only 6 sun loungers to cater for all guests. Hotel is adjacent to the night market and you can hear music from there in some of the rooms, which was a complaint from some guests at reception. None of the rooms have a balcony. Breakfast is the usual frankfurter style sausage and cold ham, plus streaky bacon. On one day the meat content of the bacon was non existent and was 100% fat. Also the fresh fruit was sometimes limited to just water melon. Not that good for a country where pineapples grow in abundance. Staff in the breakfast restaurant helpful and friendly. For some reason there is water cascading into a fish tank in the restaurant which is noisy and totally out of place. Main woman on reception was a bit overbearing at times.
