P&R Residence is a boutique guest house, conveniently located in the heart of Bangkok, a few minutes away from the Bangkok main river, the Chaophya River, only a short walk to Si Praya Pier and 10 minutes to Silom area where you will be entertained by lively nightlife, day and night shopping street, Thai and westerner restaurants and more to fulfill your recreation in Bangkok.

P&R Residence offers 25 nice, clean spacious and well maintained room with convenience and affordability guest rooms, choices of Superior room and Deluxe room. Each room is fully furnished with standard amenities and well decorated for your comfort.

Accommodation and facilities:
Ok, if you don t spend too much time in your room. Musty. Little bit dirty bathroom. Location near Si Phraya pier, which is good if you want to go to Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Saphan Taksin Skytrain station etc.

Well located hotel,cheap,clean and quiet.Very helpful and friendly staff. This is the third time we go to this hotel and not the last.

P&R Residence is a boutique accommodation / guest house that cater to clients that require convenience, affordability and comfort. Situated in the center of Bangkok and few steps away from the Chaophya River our establishment can be accessed through boat, taxi, bus and even sky train (BTS). With 25 rooms, we ensure outmost service to each of our guests.

ACCOMMODATION

We have 25 (twenty-five) fully furnished well designed air-conditioned rooms. All are equipped with TV including cable access, refrigerator, mini bar and centralized telephone. The room is also equipped with its own toilet and bath with hot and cold shower. We offer two kinds of rooms; Deluxe with the size of 30-35 Sq.m. and Superior with the size of 25-27 Sq.m., all are spacious, clean and well maintained. All rooms have either queen or king size beds.
Superior Room Superior rooms are decorated with cable TV, refrigerator, mini bar and centralized telephone. The room is equipped with its own toilet with hot and cold shower. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Complimentary WIFI is available throughout the property for all guests.

Deluxe Room Deluxe rooms are decorated with cable TV, refrigerator, mini bar and centralized telephone. The room is equipped with its own toilet with hot and cold shower. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Complimentary WIFI is available throughout the property for all guests.
