The hotel lives up to its value. But in the two-room in one of the rooms have no windows! On the balcony does not get out - there are air conditioners. Hotel is quite old.

I booked a Junior Suite - nice & clean room. When you Check - In you have to deposit 1000 Baht. The staff is very friendly. I used the Tuk Tuk Shuttle to Silom Road offered by the hotel which is very covenient. The breakfast is what you can expect from a 3 Star Hotel. Unfortunately there is a big construction area next to the Hotel and the work starts at 8a.m. with extremely noises. So if you like to sleep longer than 08:00 am I can not recommend this Hotel!

Online says wi-fi internet in rooms, but this is not a 24-hour free service. We paid an extra 100 baht for internet for 3 days. Also, we didn t get a double bed but it was two twin beds pushed together. Other than that, it was a really nice deal for the price.

We stayed for four nights. Location is a 20 min walk to Silom, using Convent Rd. to cut over. Not a bad location. Public bus 17 will bring you to CentralWorld Mall. The bus stop is about less than a 10 minute walk to the bus stop on Sathorn Rd. Hotel is in a residential area that sort of shuts down after 9pm, so make sure you have your dinner out or eat off the street earlier in the evening. There is a local open market on Soi 6. Go in the opposite direction of Sathorn from the hotel(left) and you ll find it.

Sawadee beats Agoda as they quote the total price, where Agoda often has the lowest base price but is higher, once you add the service charge,etc. Found them to be the lowest, at least for this hotel

Pretty good for the price, nothing flash, but comfortable and clean and close enough to Sathorn/BTS connection to be convenient (20 mins walk or jump on a motorbike taxi for 30 baht if you don t want to wait for the hotel tuk tuk). Standard room was a little small and TV reception fuzzy, but I was only there for an overnight stop so I could put up with it. Nice bathroom with good shower pressure. Big comfortable bed. No crockery or cutlery in the kitchenette.

Excellent as always, Sawasdee always has the best internet prices on hotel rooms in BKK and responds quickly to inquiries.

Мы семьей из трех взрослых человек с 5 по 6 ноября перед вылетом из Тайланда остановились в I Residence Sathorn . Предварительно через sawadee забронировали 2 самых дешевых номера. Но на момент заезда их не оказалось и нам предложили занять 2-х комнатный люкс без доплаты. Номер отличный: 2 отдельные спальни с большими кроватями и телевизорами, отдельно зона гостиной и кухни, где есть все необходимое (холодильник, СВЧ, плита, эл. чайник и пр.). Т.к. мы заехали вечером, то заказали room service. Нам дали на него скидку 30%, правда пришлось около часа ждать его выполнения. Завтраками не пользовались. Гостиницу эту выбрали т.к. она недалеко (пешком 15 мин.) находится от парка и ночного рынка, который, к сожалению, был закрыт в связи с реконструкцией. Гостиница находится в тихом переулке, что дало возможность прекрасно выспаться пере отъездом. От гостиницы на такси в аэропорт по счетчику и по платным дорогам доехали за 320 баттов.

it s a good choice for short stay, the service and the room condition is very good, and the location is not far away from city centre, but if u don t take a taxi ,may be u can t find it easily the first time.

very nice, but restaurant too small. but ok, and employees serves very good and friendly. the room so cute, it has micro wave and electric stove for cooking (like it) may be i can make instant noodle (-0-) If i have a chance, i will be check in this place again. (^-^)

great 5 day stay they had everything in the room that they say unlike many hotels , if you want somewhere to stay that is clean modern good service at a good value price this is the place to stay maybe a few of the phuket hotel owners should stay and see what a hotel is , many thanks for good stay we will be back next time we are in bkk

We stayed here for four days in July, we wanted somewhere central but not too hectic, close to the sky train and metro, this was the perfect location for that. The actual hotel was really nice, room was clean and well equiped. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The small cafe/restaurant on the top floor was a definate plus point, good range of food at resonable prices, was really handy to have somewhere to grab food and make use of the free internet. For those that can t manage the pleasent 5-10 minute walk to the sky train station, there is a free tuk tuk service from the hotel at various times throughout the day. Hotel is close to plenty of restaurants and shops aswell as patpong night market. We found the location around the hotel to be ideal as it s not flooded with tourists (during low season) like certain other areas. Really good transport links so you don t have to use taxis and tuk tuks to get around. Would definatly stay again when going back to Bangkok, ideal base for exploring the city. During our stay we had one slight maintanance issue with our door which was fixed immediately. Also they were very good when we arrived earlier than expected, they were able to add on an extra day to our stay with no fuss.

Booking process was prompt and very straight forward. Found pre-payment for accomodation suited us better, nice to know it s all taken care of before the trip.
