Plus even more convenience with merely 10-minute walk to Sukhumvit MRT Subway Station. Surrounded areas include a myriad of shopping and dining venues as well as plenty of hip and chic nightlife entertainment hot spots.

The property features outsized well-appointed guestrooms stylishly decorated with earth tones. A variety of appetizing Thai, Japanese, and European cuisines are served here. Facilities include internet access, gym, pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and business centre.

Accommodation and facilities:
It is so nice to be treated with respect and a smile. The staff at Hope Land Executive Apartments filled the bill. My studio apartment A-D was very comfortable, immaculately clean and spacious compared to a normal hotel room elsewhere. Good wi-fi. Breakfast had a great choice. Large lobby with complimentary tea and coffee and comfortable sofa s. Australians take your own adaptor as they only have ones for Europe and Japan market. Position very close to Emporium and Sky train and hotel offers tuk- tuk to nearby places. Great value for price and can highly recommend. Much cheaper booking through Sawadee.

Reservation service:
Excellent, fast and easy to use. If any queries they come back with an answer. Refund policy very clear and if you re-book they will deduct cancellation fee.

good location. swimming pool is good enough at this price. Just the ventilation was not so good, there was a bad smell outside and inside the room.

Residents of Hope Land are fully invited to use any of our In-House facilities as often as you choose with no extra cost. In-House's facilities include Fitness Center, Sauna and Steam Room, Outside Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi and Business Center Services.

The Fitness Center is a modern and well-equipped Gym on the 5th Floor. Various exercises include Running and Weight Lifting Machines. Our Sauna and Steam Rooms are also available on the 5th floor right next to the Fitness Center.

The Outside Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi is available on the 7th floor with an amazing view.

The Business Center is open 24 hours and two PC Computers are available for your convenience complete with access to the internet. We also provide Wireless Lan Internet Access if you choose to access the internet in the privacy of your own room.

All facilities are completely free of charge to all residents and their guests whilst they stay in Hope Land.

RISE Restaurant is situated on the ground floor is given direct access from Hope Land. The Menu includes an International Cuisine of European, Thai and Japanese. Room Service is also available via RISE Restaurant with numerous choices from the menu.

Hope Land is located on Sukhumvit 24 is only a walk away from the widely known shopping centre, Emporium on Sukhumvit Road, and shopping outlets Carrefour and Tesco Lotus on Rama 4 Road. Access to many other destinations is easy with the Skytrain. The nearest station is Phrom Phrong, located right next to Emporium itself. Or the option of the subway which is only a 10 minute walk to Asoke MRT. Even the Airport itself feels so near with the entrance to the Express Way being only 10 minutes away and a total of a 40 minute journey.
