The hotel as always is 100%. The receptionist whom I always had problems with seems to be gone and replaced by cheerful and efficient staff. Excellent!

The check-in agent was absolutely hopeless. Took ages after he finally acknowledged we had a reservation. Then we were assigned the wrong room. BUT....after it was all sorted out enjoyed the hotel very much. Great location, quiet and loads of atmosphere.
