The location ist very good, but the room was realy dirty, old, very simpel and we really didnt feel well!

Room is not as good as shown in the picture, it s tiny and uncomfortble. The receptionist is short of courtesy and patient. Not worth the money at all.

e hotel is worn, but it s ok when you just need a bed. poor wifi connection. super location very close to Khao San Road, there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. staff nice and helpful. breakfast that was included was not good. Hotellet er slidt, men det er ok når man bare skal have en seng. dårlig wifi forbindelse. super beliggenhed meget tæt på khao san road, der er en masse hyggelige restauranter tæt på hotellet. personalet flinke og hjælpsomme. morgenmaden der var inkluderet var ikke god.

the experience was absolutely horrible. Even though we had paid for the room in advance, the room was given away to somebody else when we arrived. That meant that in the middle of the night we were walked through Bangkok to a sister hotel which did not have any room either and then to a third one, which fortunately had a room. the staff was rude and careless. I have never experienced anything like this and I will strongly warn everybody against Sawasdee Krungthep Inn!

We had made a reservation online and payed the FULL amount online before arriving in Bangkok late at night (after agreement with the hotel). Surprise surprise when we got there, there was NO room. After a shouting match and complaints, the very rude man in the reception took us to another hotel in the Sawasdee branch.... surprise surprise, they didn t have a room either... now we demanded our money back and wanted to find something outside the Sawasdee chain to stay in ( I think understandably) but that was off course not possible, so we (after some more shouting) was takan to a third hotel. Put in a room off simple standard instead og the superior we had booked on top of that it was extremely noisy dirty and smelly. To sum it up, can we recommend the sawasdee chain in any way? Absolutely NOT. I suggest staying in the Rambuttri village instead!

Fine, we have used sawadee.com before with no problem, but thay should kick out hotels that do not honour reservations and payments.
