Accommodation and facilities:
Needs to be non smoking or prevent people from smoking in hallways and provied non smokers with non smoking floor. When I asked I was taken down the hallway instead of another floor. I believe this is not in accordance with Thai law.

Accommodation and facilities:
The location is not one on the most popular spots, but it is close to many major tourist attractions. you can get to the river via a short taxi ride and use a day pass to move around very cheaply and easily. The rooms are clean. No problems. The facilities are pretty basic (restaurant, bar), but good. Wi-fi is good, but there is only one computer for patron use, which they make you pay for. The service could be better. One lady very kindly pointed out the best way for us to get to the Grand Palace (cab ride+water taxi); however, when we wanted information and help with booking on trains we were told they could not help us . Even with such an easy thing as calling the station to ask about the departure times. Overall, it seems like the experience was in keeping with the relatively modest price. I would recommend it, but don t expect a great deal of help from the staff (they are friendly, though).
