Accommodation and facilities:
Hotel should actually be 4-5 stars, but paying only at 3-4 stars. Service: literally entire hotel staff was friendly and at your service - from guards to housekeeping. They are definitely excercising no hassle philosophy and 100% customer satifaction. They made an error on my phone bill, so the receptionist just cancelled my phone bill totally (yes, it was only 10 baht) - but just the willingness and ability to make that decision shows how they value their customers. The room (studio) was very spacious and nicely decorated. Even a washing machine in the room. The breakfast was excellent full of variety from fruits and cereal to continental - everyday was different at the hot food section - making it less boring. The only complain I have is the faucet in the shower of my room needed constant adjustments as the water kept changing to cold while taking a hot shower. Local street food was also available around the hotel area or McDonalds in the mall right next to the hotel. I will definitely go back and stay again.

I was given room 2112. This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel and is the smallest of all. The shower was terrible one minute it s very hot and the next minute it became very cold and the water pressure is also very small. The receptionist is not friendly at all and gave many ridiculous excuses. This stay is to celebrate my birthday and it became my worst stay in this hotel.

very nice and large room, especially the bathroom is luxurious. The service is very friendly. The place is quiet. Good quality breakfast buffet. Just not many restaurants in the surrounding. If I can book this hotel again for this price (bit more than 9000Baht for 4 nights), I will be there again soon.

I think being serviced apartments rather than a hotel is what makes this place less special than other places we stayed in Thailand. The room is nothing special but adequate for the price, and has a well appointed gym and good selection for breakfast. The staff at the service desk were not that helpful or friendly, but the doormen more than made up for this with their friendly greetings and willingness to assist, they made us feel special.

Our holidays started with 4 days in Bangkok - and it s certainly not the last time that we select Centre Point Silom as residence, that s for sure. We ve book 2 rooms. All staff are so friendly and really manages to enhance service - although it is not needed. Centre Point Silom is quite a good choice as a base. Centrally located and there s not so far to the usual tourist attractions. We made ​​sure to have the landmarks names in Thai language, and then it was just off in a Tuk Tuk. And also perfect with a shopping center in the basement . The Restaurant is definitely worth a visit, excellent menu and service. Centre Point Silom will certainly be one of our favorites places for travels in the future.

Execellent as always ! Thank you very much. Please - do remember to make a note at this place, that there must be paid despositum upon check-in. We saw a couple who were quite offended by this - and they were not very friendly to the reception. Although it is only a deposit as security, all apparently don t understand that in some places this is a usual procedure. So it would be nice if you could inform your customers about this when booking, so that no misunderstandings are for either guests or the hotel reception.

Our air conditioning stopped working and when we called, they had someone up there within 5 minutes. It could not be fixed immediately so they upgraded our room for us. We have stayed there before and we will stay there next time we come to Bangkok.

We arrived at 1000, booking in is at 1400. The receptionist arranged for our bags to be put in a luggage room and for us to go for breakfast, we booked in at 1130 at no extra charge. The room was very clean and had every thing we required. All staff from waitress s to door men made our stay a very pleasant one, great views over Bangkok, very close to transport links(Boat & Train)every thing we wanted was there. Thanks for making our stay a good one, would deffinately return and recommend it to friends.

My first time at Centre Point Silom and in this area of Bangkok. Very clean and very spacious rooms ( i booked the studio ). The surroundings were very pleasant with a Robinson Store just next door and a street- and foodmarket just around the corner. Not to forget the location just a few minutes away from BTS and ChayoPhraya Boatservice. With the above mentioned points, the swimming pool on 7th floor, wich you better use in morning because of less sunshine in the afternoon, and the free wifi this hotel is a very good choice.

room 2305 another very nice room, everything works well. not as large as some other rooms in here, but still much more space than in most other bkk-hotels of this price range. complains: the 7! pillows are too thick for a healthy sleep, pls change some to smaller/flatter. bit noisy! even its floor 23, the traffic noise goes through the window. felt like the door didnt close tight enough. overall, i recommend the place 100% and this room 90% breakfast is great...can be compared to 100$ hotels...

Nice,big,modern rooms with all facilities.Location good with easy access to BTS and the river.Breakfast ok and the swimmingpool area aswell.Notable is that check inn earlier than 2PM costed us a half day rate, 1700 bath even though the room was available.Due to that, while I usually arrive early mornings,I won´t choose Centre Point again.As comments from others, it´s impossible to adjust the heating of water when taking a shower.

Our toilet water heater condidtion are poor, at times too hot & at times too cold. Having hard time in the bathroom. My first time I face two persons have to share one pair of bathroom sandal. Breakfast are good & staffs overall are freindly & helpful. Over all value for money.

Good hotel. This time we travelled with 2 small children. Took 1 bedroom appartment with an extra bed and baby cot. We were on the 15th floor and besides the airco , there was no disturbing noise. Very clean room. The restaurant isn t that cosy.. so we ordered room service instead or went down to the shopping mall for some pizza or McDo. The kids loved it. One downside.. pool is on the east side of the building and since it wasn t that hot (28°C) , it was too cold for some afternoon swimming.

Hotel and staff fantastic, staff really helpful and couldn t do enough for us. The hotel room was spacious and I had requested a room with a river view and got it, was so pleased. The breakfast had lots of choice and again the staff were lovely. The only area I feel could be improved was that there was complimentary tea and coffee in reception but no milk, when asked for was told none available, if this was made available it would be great. The hotel is positioned in a fantastic place for all methods of transport and the hotel staff will help in directing you, I would definately stay here again.

Whereas there are many good (and bad) hotels in Bangkok, I must honestly state that the Centre Point situated in Silom (I cannot speak for Centre Point in any of the other areas of Bangkok), which is situated almost next to the River is now without a doubt my favourite hotel. My reasons are as follows: The hotel is spotlessly clean. The security of the hotel is supurb. The staff are extremely friendly. The food is of international standards. The hotel is in the same building above Robinson s (4 floors of shopping)Departmental store which also has a supermarket, and open until 10pm. The hotel has 26 floors with massive rooms, kitchen, washing mashine and microvave & stove. Excellent airconditioning. The hotel s position is MOST ideal as it is 3 minutes walk to the Skytrain, so you avoid the Tuk-Tuks and taxi s in Bangkok s traffic. Ask for a room that overlooks the river. Silom is an ideal position particularly due to the Skytrain being right there. It takes 15 minutes to get to MBK or Siam Paragon. The main pier is also below the Skytrain so that you can take the boats to wherever. I will be back to Centre Point at Silom. Dr. & Mrs. Ralph Sorensen, South Africa

room 2103 has not a very lucky architecture, long and slim, but still nicer than the most in other hotels. serious problem is the watersupply in the bathroom. the local waterheater produces only hot water, if it is needed in huge amounts, but then shower is too hot, or switches off, when less hot water is used, and the shower will be cold. a well temperatured shower is impossible. even i complained about that, there was no improvement, so i had to stay a second day with that fact. deskstaff was not able to understand the technical reason of the problem and tell it to the serviceman. anyway, hotel is still a good place to stay, but not in 2103.

Centre Point Silom was and is one of the cleanest and best managed hotels I ever visited in my many travels around the world. The quality of the equipment in the apartment and the furniture in the hole hotel is top class. the same applies for the fitness centre. The breakfast has been very good with excellent food and fresh coffee from a coffee maker machine. We will visit again next time we are in BKK as the position and the convenience of Robertson in the same building could not be better. Negative was and is the cost of internet use in the business centre and the luck of good English speaking personal.

A worthy place! We ve booked a Superior Room. It was big, clean, with the whole facilities (room, bed, kithen, etc.) of the very good quality. Free WiFi worked well, room-service is very good too, so the breakfast, the swimming-pool and everything in the Centre Point Silom Hotel. The staff is very helpful, really. We have 2 children - of 8 y.o. and 1 y.o., so, we hadn t have any problem in this Hotel. The location is one of the best - close to BTS station and to the pier. The Hotel has its oun entrance to the big Robinson Store. It is very comfortable!
