I stayed there for 2 nights.The room was a little small because we needed an extra bed.What s more, all the rooms were sfferred with loud voice caused by the AC.If you need a quiet night for sleep,choose another hotel.

room is far more older than the picture. n several little cockroaches in drawer...but the location really very convenient, free cart to Siam Paragon(1000-2100), but if u r with big luggage, u d better get off at BTS Rachethewi(work 5min to hotel), cuz free cart not available for ur luggage. Over all, this hotel is good for budget traveler~

This is our 3rd long stays at Residence Rajtaevee. All the Reception staff are friendly, courteous and made us feel warmly welcomed. We even received a Complimentary Foot Massage on Christmas eve. Room service is excellent too. Only set-back is the standard choice of breakfast.

Love the place. Initially booked a normal room but the staff told me they ran out of normal room but gave me a free upgrade to deluxe room. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and they are always grateful to help me. Room is clean and nice. Love the new renovated room. Breakfast were also good. Location is strategic and i have everything within hotel walking distance. This is my third stay here and I m definitely coming back again soon :-)

Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is in a perfect location, only a few minutes walk from major shopping centres like Siam Paragon, Central Grand, Mbk etc. Minimart a minutes walk away, fantastic Taxi (Mr Song) who actually use s the meter & lives in same street as hotel. All room are being renovated, no noise there at all, our 2 bedroom apartment had not been renovated so was a few minor faults. Would definately stay here again but in a renovated room.

I will never again visit this hotel. The room and environment is bad and lousy. I had booked 4 room, one of the deluxe room is connected to other house and smelly. Another 2 family room is small which the door will open when might night.Very bad experince for this trip which 3 days we can t sleep well.

I was however very disappointed that we were not told there was renovations happening. We booked the family suite. There was only one bathroom in the suite. We should have been told that we were going to be given one of the old rooms and would have preferred the newly renovated rooms as an option. I will still return but this time check on my end before I confirm my stay.

Our second time at the hotel. We couple + 3 children slept in the family. The room is quite old, it has a living room and 2 bedrooms, shower and kitchen. Assuming you did not intend to spend too much room but only perhaps to rest and sleep at night, he delivers the goods, and gives good value for money. Breakfast is fantastic and rich. The advantage of this hotel s proximity to shopping malls: Siam Paragon, Siam Center, mbk, Central World, Market Fartonam and more. There are about 100 meters from the hotel free shuttle that takes up to 5 people Sim Paragon shopping center and from there on foot you can reach the various shopping centers. We are perfectly pleased with the hotel in total but it was difficult to find it. Our taxidriver couldn t find the hotel even though he stopped and asked someone, so we decided to try and find it on our own. It was not the best beginning carrying a couple of bags in the middle of Bangkok! (You can say First Hotel to the taxidriver because it s just on the opposite side of the big road (into the alley and take left). But we was warmly welcomed when we finally arrived. The food on the hotel is also ok.

Small and clean hotel just near the Pantip Plaza. 5Min walk from MBK and Big C. a great spot with friendly people and very warm stuff. the only problem we faced with was that we asked for babycot for the baby but they didnt have it, so we had to put the baby in our bed. apart from this , great place to be near shopping area.

Horrible room ever ans worst experience. I stayed at this hotel before in Feb, the room was nice so I decided to book again for my trip in March. But this time I was not lucky like before because they gave me a very old room. At first I didnt accept, but the customer service insists that there was only room available for us for that day so we had no choice and just accepted because we were very tired after long day trip. The room no. 307. It s an old room that has NOT been renovated for ages. The toilet is very dirty and scary. The worst part is there were cockroach in the room and it was flying, then finally fell in to my bowl of soup!!!!!! We complained to the front desk staff, but they couldnt help us any or didnt try to solve problem for us. Nightmare!!! Last time for this hotel.

The hotel is inexpensive, but good. And the location is good - a five minute walk Pantip Plaza, Pratunam Market, ten - BTS station, and stopping boats on the canal. The only comments to the hotel - a good idea to hang a sign with the hotel s name somewhere on the entrance to the lane, because without it, its hard to find, and not very pleasant smell in the toilet. Everything else was fine.

Residence Rajtaevee has the most fantastic location for tourists who want to shop till they drop. Less than five minutes walk from Platinum Shopping Mall and just a buggy ride away from Siam Paragon. No issues about the location as it is just along the main road. However, the hotel is getting old and upgrades are severely needed. The staff are friendly and helpful, which is a great bonus.

Stayed there for two nights and it was a good hotel and value for money. When you are in Bangkok you don t spend that much time at your hotel anyway:) The location was perfect, you could walk to the shopping malls in a few minutes and it was also easy to take a tuk tuk or taxi to Lumpini park and night bazar. Friendly staff. The breakfast was ok..a bit boring but ok. If you are in Bangkok for shopping this hotel is perfect!

Stayed in the family suite from 12Jun to 15Jun. The family suite a a little rundown. Cockroaches in the toilet mirror tiles. No stopper for the bath tub, had to call a few times to get it. Hardly any hot water for the bathtub. Parquet flooring needs work. Chipped, broken, loose floor, not good as I have 1 year baby with me. Aircon in living room blows hot air. Overall experience? If you can tolerate all the above, should not be a prob... I, personally will not return to this hotel.
