I really enjoyed my stay at the Majestic. The location is perfect. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. There is no pool but if you ask the staff they will give you a pass and you can go and use the pool at the Majestic Grand which was lovely. The room was fine and I would gladly stay there again.

I can t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff always wore big smiles and were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with modern furnishings and comfortable sheets and pillows. The bathroom was spotless. The shower water was always hot and the A/C always cold! The in-room safe was large enough to fit my computer. Would highly recommend for sure.

Nice location and convenient. Hotel is quite nice with friendly staff and well appointed and clean rooms. This was my second stay at this hotel on my trip. The first time I had a room that backed on to Nana Plaza and it was noisy. This time, I was in room 204 which was next to a wall and it was very quiet. Overall, this hotel is very good value.

Always a pleasant an perfect place to stay. compared to other houses at same range and rates it´s definetly the house with the best services and a high standard on place. the staff never lets any doubt on offering you a cozy atmosphere. doors are kept open by entering, sheets are not only cleaned every day, the whole equipment is always fresh and by watching under the surface you won´t find any reason to complain. flatscreens are now being installed and one can make free use of the facilities at majestic grande around the corner. no noise from sukhumvit is getting through since windows are installed in a double way.

This hotel is not good for families with young chidren, too close to bars. The room not so spacious,smelling cigar smoke in a non smoking room. One has to wave for taxi by the main road. Atleast the hotel should work with some taxi drivers just like other hotels in Thailand. My family was not so impressed.

The rooms and service was very good. The Bangkok BTS is a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel was very helpful on arraigning for trips around Bangkok My travel companions and I were surprised by the size of the rooms, which were smaller than expected. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The lady at reception was very helpful and providing me directions to What Po and correctly advised me to purchase the day-pass for the trains. The hotel is ideally positioned a very short walk to the Nana Skytrain Station and it is just around the corner from the Nana red light district. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary provisions. I would recommend it to all my friends or anyone.

stayed at this place many times before so I knew what I could expect. Had the smallest studio which is really pretty small, but big enough as I was only staying for one night. Bathroom and room have all the modern comforts you can hope for (including an electronic safe) but the location is what makes The Majestic Suites, perfect for skytrain connection and Nana action.

I have stayed many times at Majestic Suites and Majestic Grande so I knew what to expect.Always good value for money and location and facilities good for a short stay.I must comment however on my disappointment when ordering breakfast.I orders English B/fast but the waitress said that only American or Continental b?fast was included in the price.I do not recall this before but seeing as there is only a difference of 10 baht between the two b/fasts in the menu I said could I have the English and pay the difference?The answer was no-if I wanted English I would have to pay the full price in the menu.To me this is illogical and not good customer service.It was no big deal so I ordered the American.The service otherwise was great and I will probably stay there again.

It s always good to be back at the Majestic Suites, as quality of service and friendlyness are guaranteed. Some more flexibility and maybe even generosity towards customers who return year after year would however be appreciated. I wanted to book a room for day use between flights for later this month; just for a few hours. But they said I would have to pay the full fare. Understandable when the hotel is busy, but not in the current situation. Still, I will be back again soon.
