Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel
Accommodation and facilities:
Great hotel, a little far from the city but close to the airport, but it had shuttle buses going to major shopping centres and to Patpong, but the Patpong one was always booked out so first come first served. The breakfast was excellent, but I did order Wanton soup for lunch which did not have any Wantons in it. The rooms was great I liked the old fashioned look and also the swimming pool was great. Overall a fantastic stay, and the day trip to The Bridge over the river Kwai, floating markets and tiger temple was terrific.

Very nice hotel and staff. Good breakfast. Location not soo good. 10 min walk to subway, but no shops near hotel.

Very good. Used sawasdee many times, without any problem. Good service.

The hotel was good. Only complaint is the gym. The guy would not let me workout with shoes as I had sandals. I asked if they had loaners for guests and he said no and kicked me out. I m paying more to stay at another hotel and I workout in my sandals!
