I have the same comments as a lot of others who stay at Manhattan. They should address the qulaity of the breakfast served and address the airconditioning problems,airconditioner in our room could not be adjusted in any way. 2nd stay and would stay again. There are things they should work on, but all in all a pleasant stay. Housekeeping respnded promptly when called. It seems they are working on making things better. Helpful and friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable.

We stay here regularly as a transit stop going home. Last stayed in January 2010. Many changes and upgrades: Added a bar, moved the breakfast bar. All good. Rooms usual decent standard, check in easy as staff all fluent in English. Negative: Air con on lowest setting making it a tad too warm for me especially in the dining room which gets hot due to the kitchen.

This was our second stay at the Manhattan. The rooms are spacious, the beds extremely comfy, the staff are very polite and breakfast was varied and plenty. However, the main reason we chose this hotel again was the location. It s no more than a 3 min walk to the Skytrain Station Asoke or the Underground station Sukhumvit. This makes getting around in Bangkok very easy, especially when the traffic is bad. It s also quite near the expressway to Suvarnabhumi airport (40 mins by taxi).

Tha Manhattan is value for money. Great location, very polite and helpfull staff better than expected in a 3 star BKK hotel. Good choice of western and thai food on the breakfast buffet, wich is included in the room price. Reasonable sized swimming pool, but the fitness room was under renovation during my stay. All together a great deal for the price you pay to sawadee.com. Will defenitly stay again in the futere.

I stayed at Manhattan for 3 days and found it was an effective hotel with friendly staffs, especially the Security Manager whose name I forgot, good services, clean and nice room with cool AC, efficient break fast at the restaurant and last but not least, the rate is fantastic not to mention the strategic location in the middle of the city!! The Korean restaurant downstairs is delicious. Definitely, I will come again sometimes.

Very promt booking in and out of the hotel,in a professional manner. More than some in the sukhumvit area. Rooms are clean on the 4th floor and referbed in the rooms. Breakfast a bit bland tasting, and getting less options now than before. Staff and security are careful for you,ie logging the taxi details when leaving the hotel for the airport.
